"Behind Every Great Woman, Is a Great Behind!"

Have you found your Ahh Moment? My personal mission is to help you do just that! As a comedienne/actress turned designer/entrepreneur, I’ve had the pleasure of changing the way millions of women feel in their intimates, and love sharing my story of love and reinvention. The past few years at Shear Enterprises, LLC have been a whirlwind of growth and such an amazing learning experience! I have an incredible group of creative souls, business minds, and family that have helped me reach my dream!

I thought my career in Hollywood was ridiculous, but the fashion industry can be even wilder, and harder to grasp that success. For me it is all about staying focused on what I want to represent and what my customers want. It’s also very important for me to give back and I’m so passionate about helping others through my work with charitable organizations, including the American Cancer Society, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, and Pace School for Girls. I have so many amazing projects in the works, and hope you enjoy some of my favorites, here in my blog! I’m constantly face-tweet-pin-gram-link-tubing too, so follow me for all the latest, plus awesome prizes, coupons and tips!

Did you know that almost 80% of women do not know their correct bra size?

A woman's body shape and size will continue to change throughout her life, and it is important to periodically be fitted. Knowing your size in intimate apparel can be especially important as wearing the wrong size or style for your unique shape can lead to unflattering looks and discomfort.
Shopping for undergarments is about as personal as shopping gets, and everyone has their own personal preference for comfort and compression. When searching for the perfect bra keep in mind that there are many different styles to choose from and some will work better for you than others, even in the same size, so when possible try on several styles in your size to see what works best. In my Ahh styles for example, I can wear anywhere from a Medium to XL comfortably. Find your Ahh Moment by finding what makes you comfortable!
This chart is a great starting point on your way to that Ahh Moment!

How to find the correct size for you

Using a soft measuring tape measure the following as instructed:
  • Bust Measure: Measure around the fullest point of your bust (we recommend doing this without a bra, or with an unpadded bra for the most accurate measure).
  • Waist Measure: Measure at the natural waistline; just under your ribcage.
  • Hip Measure: Measure around the fullest point of your hips and seat.
  • Bra Measure: Start by measuring tightly directly under your bust, take this number and add 3, this gives you the size (for example if you were to measure 33 around, you would be a 36). Then measure from the center or fullest part of the breast down to under the bust. Each inch is equal to one cup size (A=1, B=2, C=3, D=4, DD=5, DDD=6, etc; for example, if you measure 3 from the center of the bust, the cup size would be C). Combine these two aspects for your basic bra size in this case 36C.
