Returns & Exchanges
- All underwear is considered FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns and exchanges must be started within 30 days of delivery, and shipped back within 7 days of starting the process
- Free exchanges and free store-credit returns; returns to original payment have a $6.95 label fee (waived for store credit)
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- Underwear and "final sale" items are not eligible for return or exchange
- Refunds post 1–2 weeks after we receive your return
