What is Rhonda Shear’s return and exchange policy?

If you are not happy with your order, for any reason: initiate your return or exchange here.

• Exchange: Free Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the order's delivery date, and posted within 7 days after the process was started.
• Return for original form of payment: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order's delivery date, and posted within 7 days after the process was started. Mail-in returns have a $6.95 handling fee per return label, which is waived if you opt for a store credit refund.
• Return for store credit: Free returns for store credit must be initiated within 30 days of the order's delivery date, and posted within 7 days after the process was started.
• Any item marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
• All Underwear are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• RhondaShear.com is not responsible for any items returned that are not included in the return label created during the return process.
• Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, with no odor or stains, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
• Gift cards are final sale and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
• Only items purchased directly from RhondaShear.com can be accepted. Items purchased from another retailer must be returned or exchanged to that retailer.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

How do I mail my return or exchange?

To get your package ready:

1. Create and print your shipping label here.

2. Attach the label to any other shipping mailer of your choice.

3. Put your package in your mailbox or USPS drop box or deliver it to any USPS
location.

Please note orders must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, and shipped within 7 days after the return process was started.

Packages shipped with a different shipping label than the one provided may not receive a refund or the refund may be delayed. Customers are responsible for printing their shipping label. Contact support@shearenterprises.com for questions regarding the return label.

I sent in my return. When do I get my money back?

We process returns and refunds as soon as we receive them. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

I requested an exchange. When will I get my new items?

When making an exchange, the replacement product(s) will be sent when the return package comes back to us and have been approved. You’ll receive an email with new tracking information when the new items you ordered are on their way.

Exchanges must be started within 30 days of your original delivery, and posted within 7 days after the process was started.

Where will my refund be applied?

If you selected a refund to your credit card, the refund will be applied to the card used to make the purchase.

If you selected a refund to store credit, your digital store credit will be emailed to you when the items are received at our fulfillment center.

Will you refund my shipping fee when the order is returned?

Original shipping charges are not refunded when the order has been returned.

I need to return or exchange, but it's been over 30 days. What should I do?

What is Rhonda Shear’s return policy for International orders?

Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not happy with your order, we do allow you to submit a request for a refund or exchange and follow the same policies as our domestic returns. Original shipping costs, including any duties or taxes, are non-refundable. You are responsible for any shipping costs to return items.

We manage exchanges on a case-by-case basis to ensure that our customer’s needs and concerns are meet with the best care!

First, double-check your order number and shipping zip code
to make sure they are correct.

Your order number can be found on your packing slip or any email correspondence related to your order. The order number looks like this #Z00000.

You can also try a different web browser, or turn off pop-up blockers temporarily.
