What is Rhonda Shear’s return and exchange policy?

Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not happy with your order, we do allow you to submit a request for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

We manage returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis to ensure that our customer’s needs and concerns are meet with the best care! All products are satisfactory guaranteed. Should you discover a defect, the garment will be eligible for replacement after photo evidence is given by customer to customer service.

Once the return or exchange item/s is/are received, a refund or credit will be processed within 5 business days. Shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable.

If you are unhappy with your order and would like to return it, start your return online in Our Returns and Exchanges Portal. Shipping fees will be on us, but you will be charged a $5 restocking fee per returned order. You will receive an email once your return is received, and your refund has processed. Please allow 1-2 business days for your return to process.

How can I exchange something?

For International Exchanges, please review our policies below.

The fastest, easiest way to exchange is to start your exchange online in Our Returns and Exchanges Portal. This ensures you get the item you want, as well as credit for any discounts used. All exchanges will be based on product availability. Your new item(s) will be shipped out once we receive your returned item(s). You will be notified via email at that time.

What can be returned or exchanged?

  • We only accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the order’s delivery date. Returns made after 30 days will only receive store credit for RhondaShear.com.
  • Only items purchased directly from RhondaShear.com can be accepted. Items purchased from another retailer must be returned or exchanged to that retailer.
  • All items returned or exchanged must be in re-saleable condition. We will not accept items that have been damaged, washed, worn, have stains, or an odor. (Please see tips below).
  • com reserves the right to make final judgements on all returns and exchanges.
  • Any item marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • If an item sent to us is deemed unacceptable for a return or exchange, we are happy to send the items back to you provided that you contact us in writing and include arrangements for the cost of the return shipment.
  • Gift cards are final sale and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

Who pays for the return or exchange shipping? Can my shipping costs be refunded?

If you are returning an item, there will be no return shipping cost. However, we charge a $5 restocking fee per returned order.

If you are exchanging an item, there will be no return shipping cost.

RhondaShear.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

What happens if I was shipped the wrong item?

In the unlikely event that you were shipped the wrong item, please call us at (727) 540-9800. A photo of the item may be also requested. We will issue you a pre-paid shipping label for your return, and you will not be charged for the shipping cost of the replacement product.

What if I want to return or exchange a gift?

We can only process a return refund to the original form of payment.

Trying on tips:

  • Remove jewelry and be gentle when trying on our intimates. Our products are made from delicate fabrics, which can snag or tear easily.
  • Prevent perfume, lotions, smoke, strong odors, deodorant, and other stains from damaging garments.

What is Rhonda Shear’s return policy for International orders?

Original shipping costs, including any duties or taxes, are non-refundable. You are responsible for any shipping costs to return items. Should Rhonda Shear be charged for any extra taxes, duties, or shipping costs, the amount will be deducted from your return credit.
