All PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, US Territories, Alaska or Hawaii can be delivered by USPS Ground or Priority.

Shipping fees are not refundable unless we are unable to fulfill your order. Weather, natural disasters, and other uncontrollable events can interrupt transportation causing the delivery of your package to be delayed. We apologize for any inconveniences.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed by 3 pm EST Monday to Friday will leave our warehouse the same day for shipment. Orders placed after 3 pm EST Monday to Friday will leave our warehouse the following day for shipment. Orders placed after 3 pm EST Friday will leave our warehouse Monday for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will leave our warehouse the next open business day for shipment.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your package has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information for your order and a link to track your package.  

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, you can file a claim with USPS (https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm). Please allow 7-15 days from the “delivered” date provided by USPS before filing a claim, per USPS policy.

All orders are shipped via USPS from our warehouse in St. Petersburg, FL.

Does Rhonda Shear accept international orders?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Our international customers can see product’s prices in their local currency, guaranteed order totals including any taxes, duties, and cost-effective shipping.

To see prices in your country’s currency, click on the flag icon located in the bottom right corner of our home page and select your country from the menu that appears. During "Checkout" you will see your total price including all duties, taxes, shipping and handling charges in your local or selected currency before you place your order. 

How much does International shipping cost?

International shipping cost is based on various factors including desired shipping speed, the weight of your items, and your country. Your shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed during the check-out process and will be based on what you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

When will my International order ship?

You will be quoted a specific delivery timeframe at the time of check-out based on your selected destination country and shipping method.

Can I track my International order?

What is Rhonda Shear’s return policy for International orders?

Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not happy with your order, we do allow you to submit a request for a refund or exchange and follow the same policies as our domestic returns.

We manage returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis to ensure that our customer’s needs and concerns are meet with the best care! All products are satisfactory guaranteed. Should you discover a defect, the garment will be eligible for replacement after photo evidence is given by customer to customer service.

Original shipping costs, including any duties or taxes, are non-refundable. You are responsible for any shipping costs to return items. Should Rhonda Shear be charged for any extra taxes, duties, or shipping costs, the amount will be deducted from your return credit.
